Recipes
I’ll try and add as many homebrew recipes on this page as I can (links to the page and a beerxml download – please read the “Method” sections – the BeerXML files don’t tell the whole story!). In each of the recipes, I’ve added a BJCP class (based upon the 2008 guidelines) – not because they are particularly classic examples, or that you should always brew to the style sheets, but in case you’d like to enter them into a competition, these are the categories I’d drop them into.
I’ll try and add to this as I go – these recipes are all tried and tested by myself and make good beer!
